菏泽市牡丹区是镜面柿的主产区,现栽培面积达800hm2。该柿果型扁圆,果实中等偏大,平均120～150g,果皮光滑橙红色,肉质松脆,汁多味甜,无核,以其制成的柿饼称为“曹州耿饼”,驰名中外。为获得早期丰产,我们于1996年春在山东省菏泽市试验,面积1.2hm2,采用3m×3.5m的株行距,栽植3年即可开花结果,5年平均株产18.6kg,最高株产26.5kg,平均每亩产果1172kg,取得了试验性的成果。现将主要栽培技术总结如下:
Mudan District, Heze City, the main producing areas of mirror persimmon, is now cultivated area of 800hm2. The persimmon fruit oblate, the fruit medium to large, an average of 120 ~ 150g, peel smooth orange-red, succulent crisp, juicy sweet, non-nuclear, with its made of dried persimmons called “Cangzhou cake,” Chimingzhongwai . In order to obtain early yield, we tested in Heze City, Shandong Province in the spring of 1996 with an area of 1.2 hm2. Using 3m × 3.5m plant spacing, the flowering result was planted for 3 years. The average yield in 5 years was 18.6kg and the highest yield was 26.5kg , An average of 1172kg per acre fruit, made experimental results. Now the main cultivation techniques are summarized as follows:
