由中国地质学会海洋地质专业委员会和中国海洋地质学会联合举办的“近岸和浅海砂矿地质讨论会”于1984年2月16—19日在上海召开.地质矿产部、冶金工业部、国家海洋局、国家建材局、中国科学院、国家科委和高等院校所属的36个单位、53名代表和30余名列席代表参加了会议.大会收到专题研究论文40余篇.中国地质学会理事、中国海洋地质学会秘书长杨启伦高级工程师主持了会议.会议分两个阶段进行,第一阶段大会宣读论文12篇,第二阶段分组宣读论文20篇,随后代表们进行了认真的讨论.
The “Nearshore and Shallow Sea Shale Geological Symposium” co-organized by China Geological Society Marine Geology Commission and China Ocean Geology Society was held in Shanghai on February 16-19, 1984. The Ministry of Geology and Mines, the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the National Marine Bureau, the State Building Materials Bureau, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the State Science and Technology Commission and institutions of higher learning belong to 36 units, 53 delegates and more than 30 delegates attended the conference.The conference received more than 40 thematic research papers.Geological Society of China, Yang Qilun, senior secretary of China Oceanographic Society, presided over the meeting, which was divided into two phases: the first phase of the conference read 12 papers, the second phase read 20 papers in sub-groups and then the participants discussed it seriously.
