随着社会的发展,非传染性慢性疾病日趋增多,慢性病防治已刻不容缓,目前社区卫生服务逐渐成为慢病综合防治的最佳平台。实现对慢病患者信息的管理可以提高社区服务中心慢病服务的质量,加快分析和预测慢病发展的规律,为最终采取有效防治措施提供科学依据。主要研究基于NET平台三层C/S结构的社区患慢病者信息系统,旨在提高社区工作人员和疾控中心的工作效率。
With the development of society, the number of non-communicable chronic diseases is increasing day by day, and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases has become an urgent task.
