为保护地下水资源和周边环境,基坑止水施工工程越来越多。调研了国内基坑止水技术的应用现状,分析了地下连续墙、钻孔咬合桩、旋喷桩和SMW桩的特点及其适用条件;介绍了止水帷幕的形式和入土深度的计算方法。以北京地铁7号线百子湾站深基坑为例,针对所在区域内的地层特点、地下水情况,对基坑支护形式、降截水施工工艺等进行了对比分析,对该区域内基坑工程的各种截水方案进行了论证,推荐选用北京地区常用的高压旋喷桩的止水帷幕形式,并在工程实践中得到效果验证。研究成果可为今后类似工程提供参考。
In order to protect groundwater resources and the surrounding environment, more and more foundation pit water stop construction projects. The status quo of application of water-stop technology in foundation pit in China was investigated. The characteristics of underground continuous wall, bored piles, rotary jetting piles and SMW piles were analyzed. The forms of water-stopping curtains and the calculation method of soil penetration depth were introduced. Taking the deep foundation pit of Baiziwan Station in Beijing Metro Line 7 as an example, a comparative analysis is made on the stratigraphic features, groundwater conditions, supporting pattern of foundation pit and lowering water cutoff construction technique in the area. Various water-cut schemes of the project are demonstrated. It is recommended to select the water-stop curtain type of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles commonly used in Beijing and validated in engineering practice. The research results can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
