例1 向×女3岁1975年7月10日就诊。患儿在1天前用水塘水洗脸,当晚患儿啼哭不安,用手揉擦左眼。翌日来我科就诊。左眼结膜囊滴用1%地卡因后患儿安静,能睁双眼。经检查,发现左眼角膜,近角巩膜缘3、4点钟处有约2.5mm长,0.5mm粗,一端稍膨大的虫体,用齿镊取出,经鉴定为水蛭。经局部滴用0.25%氯霉素眼液治疗后,随访无后遗症。例2 张×林男54岁农民1985
