本文观察了安徽、湖北、四川、云南、广西5地日本血吸虫感染小鼠、大鼠、金黄仓鼠、兔、恒河猴等5种动物的血清对同源及异源虫卵的环卵沉淀试验(COPT)反应状况以及应用安徽虫卵制备的可溶性抗原进行胶乳凝集试验(LAT)及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测同源或异源虫体所致的血吸虫病的抗体情况,未见应用同源虫卵抗原检测感染动物的结果显著地优于异源的。这提示在中国大陆应用异地血吸虫卵抗原进行上述血清免疫学反应检测时似不影响其阳性检出率。
In this paper, the ovarian and egg precipitation of homologous and heterologous eggs in serum of 5 kinds of animals infected by Schistosoma japonicum, such as Anhui, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guangxi, were studied. (COPT) reaction status and the application of soluble antigen prepared by Anhui egg preparation to detect antibody of schistosomiasis caused by homologous or heterologous parasites by latex agglutination test (LAT) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) The results of the detection of infected animals with the homologous nematocyst antigen are significantly superior to the heterologous. This suggests that the use of heterologous schistosome egg antigen in mainland China for the above serum immunological reaction does not seem to affect its positive detection rate.
