GMER是指全球医学教育最基本要求,为各国在医学教育标准方面的互认搭建了一个国际性平台,成为医学院校培养医学生和评价医学教育的基本标准。对于中等卫生职业教育,其任务主要是培养卫生初级职业人员,在我国卫生事业中仍然占举足轻重的地位。中等卫生职业教育必须符合这一基本标准:中等卫生职业教育教师应根据自身教学现状认真思考和探索,更新教学方法,将GMER七大领域基本要求融入其中,培养出更合格的初级医务工作者。
GMER refers to the most basic requirement of medical education in the world. It builds an international platform for mutual recognition of medical education standards in various countries and becomes the basic standard for training medical students and evaluating medical education in medical colleges and universities. For secondary health vocational education, its main task is to train junior health professionals, which still occupy the pivotal position in China’s health undertakings. Secondary health vocational education must meet this basic standard: teachers of secondary health vocational education should seriously think and explore according to their current teaching situation, update their teaching methods, integrate the basic requirements of the seven GMER fields and cultivate more qualified primary medical workers.
