语言有丰富的文化内涵。在英语教学中,文化主要指英语国家的历史、地理、风土人情、传统习俗、生活方式、文学艺术、行为规范和价值观念等。在高中英语教学中,教师应根据学生的年龄特点和认知能力,逐步扩展文化知识的内容和范围,不断培养学生的文化意识,提高他们对中外文化异同的敏感性和鉴别能力,为发展他们跨文化交际能力的形成打下良好的基础。本文试从文化意识培养的重要性,文化意识培养的内涵以及文化意识培养的途径三个方面对高中英语教学中文化意识的培养进行探讨。
Language has rich cultural connotation. In English teaching, culture mainly refers to the history, geography, customs, traditions and customs, life style, literature and art, code of conduct and values of English-speaking countries. In high school English teaching, teachers should gradually expand the content and scope of cultural knowledge according to the age characteristics and cognitive abilities of students, and constantly cultivate students’ cultural awareness and enhance their sensitivity and discrimination ability to similarities and differences of Chinese and foreign cultures. In order to develop them Cross-cultural communication ability to lay a good foundation. This article attempts to probe into the cultivation of cultural awareness in high school English teaching from three aspects: the importance of cultivating cultural awareness, the connotation of cultivating cultural awareness and the ways of cultivating cultural awareness.
