目的:通过对药物咨询记录进行回顾性分析,提高药学服务工作水平。方法:将我院2007~2009年外科楼住院药房注射剂组的药物咨询对象、内容和答复依据进行分析总结。结果:咨询对象以医护人员为主,注射剂的用法、用量、皮试、溶解问题连续3年进入咨询内容的前5位,注射剂配伍后2年逐步受到重视,它们占全年咨询总数的50%以上。药品说明书连续3年位居咨询依据的榜首,其构成比达75%以上。结论:住院药房需建立药品说明书数据库、解决注射剂配伍问题、关注注射剂使用中的细节问题、成立咨询团队、编制咨询手册,进一步做好药学服务工作。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the level of pharmacy services through retrospective analysis of drug counseling records.
