大豆叶片表面结构与蒸腾的关系

用光镜和扫描电镜对大豆叶片进行观察的结果表明,气孔和表皮毛密度及表皮毛分布方式在上下表皮间存在差异。中层叶片气孔密度高于上层和下层叶片;而中层叶片表皮毛密度则低于上层和下层叶片。不同品种叶片表面结构状态有所不同。蒸腾速率测定结果表明,大豆多数品种蒸腾日变化呈单峰曲线,中层叶片的蒸腾速率大于上层和下层叶片,不同品种的蒸腾速率不同。说明大豆叶片表面结构状态影响其蒸腾速率。 The results of observation of soybean leaves by light microscope and scanning electron microscope showed that there were differences between upper and lower epidermis in stomata and epidermal hair density and epidermal hair distribution. The stomatal densities of the middle leaves were higher than those of the upper and lower leaves, while the densities of the middle leaves were lower than those of the upper and lower leaves. Different varieties of leaf surface structure is different. The results of transpiration rate showed that the diurnal variation of transpiration of most soybean cultivars showed a single peak curve, the transpiration rate of middle leaves was higher than that of upper and lower leaves, and the transpiration rates of different varieties were different. It shows that the surface structure of soybean leaves affects its transpiration rate.
