肠三叶因子属三叶肽家族 ,是近年来被人们注意到的对肠道黏膜具有重要保护和修复作用的新型生长因子类多肽物质 ,因其分子中含有一个特征性三叶结构而得名。它结构稳定 ,不被多种消化酶破坏 ,能抗酸、抗蛋白酶和抗热分解 ,在消化道内能保持结构及功能上的完整 ,可能为胃肠疾病的治疗开辟一个新的途径 ,在肿瘤研究中的作用也将得到定位。本文即针对肠三叶因子的结构、分布、调节 ,它在胃肠道疾病、肿瘤等领域的研究进展以及可能的作用机制作一综述
