2014年12月26日,国家电网公司投资建设的第三个特高压交流工程——浙北-福州1000千伏特高压交流工程建成投运。该工程联结浙江与福建两省,是提高浙江接纳区外来电能力,保障电力长期稳定供应,服务浙江经济社会发展的关键工程。随着浙福工程的建成投运以及更多特高压工程的开工建设,特高压电网进入了集中建设的发展时期。本刊编辑部正是以浙福工程为切入点,剖析特高压提速发展的背景下电网结构、能源资源优化配置、工程建设管理提升等方面呈现出的新格局。
On December 26, 2014, the third UHV AC project invested by State Grid Corporation of China-Zhejiang-Fuzhou 1000 kV UHV AC Project was completed and put into operation. The project, linking Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, is a key project to improve the ability of incoming telephones in Zhejiang’s receiving area, guarantee the long-term stable supply of power and serve Zhejiang’s economic and social development. With the completion and operation of Zhefu project and the construction of more UHV projects, UHV power grids have entered a period of concentrated construction. The editorial department of this magazine takes Zhefu project as an entry point and analyzes the new pattern of power grid structure, optimal allocation of energy resources and improvement of project construction management in the context of accelerating development of UHV.
