随着金融全球化、自由化进程的加快,金融的脆弱性也日渐显现;而我国正处于经济转轨的敏感时期及存在信息不对称、公司治理结构的不完善等一系列的市场缺陷,因此,依法维护资本市场的安全与效率将成为国家经济稳健发展的核心内容之一。为此,我们应制定适度从严的资本市场金融监管标准,培育“中强式资本市场效率”。
With the globalization of finance and the acceleration of liberalization, the vulnerability of finance is becoming increasingly apparent. However, China is in a sensitive period of economic transition with a series of market defects such as asymmetric information and imperfect corporate governance structure. Therefore, Safeguarding the security and efficiency of the capital market according to law will become one of the core contents of the steady economic development of the country. To this end, we should formulate a moderately stringent financial regulatory standards for the capital market and cultivate “the efficiency of capital markets in the mid-to-strong”.
