目的调查军队疗养员糖尿病、高血压病患病率,并探讨二者间的关系。方法收集1890例军队疗养员病史,测量血压,进行馒头餐试验,调查糖尿病、高血压病患病情况。结果糖尿病总患病率9.95%,高血压病总患病率34.97%。高血压病人的糖尿病患病率14.37%,糖尿病人的高血压病患病率50.53%。结论糖尿病、高血压病是老年人的高发疾病,合并两种疾病的患者多,此二者可能有共同的发病机制。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension in military convalescent patients and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods A total of 1890 cases of military convalescent patients were collected and their blood pressure was measured. The bread diet test was conducted to investigate the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension. Results The total prevalence of diabetes was 9.95% and the total prevalence of hypertension was 34.97%. Hypertensive patients with diabetes prevalence rate of 14.37%, 50.53% prevalence of hypertension in diabetic patients. Conclusions Diabetes and hypertension are the most common diseases in the elderly. There are many patients with both diseases, and both may have a common pathogenesis.
