目的探讨国产重组人尿激酶原在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗中疗效。的疗效和副作用对41例急性心肌梗死患者采用国产重组人尿激酶原进行溶栓治疗,观察疗效和副作用。结果国产重组人尿激酶原在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗中血管开通率高,出血率低。结论国产重组人尿激酶原在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗中安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of domestic recombinant human urokinase in the thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction. Efficacy and side effects on 41 patients with acute myocardial infarction using recombinant human urokinase for thrombolytic therapy to observe the efficacy and side effects. Results Domestic recombinant human pro-urokinase in acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic therapy in the high rate of open vessels, bleeding rate is low. Conclusion Domestic recombinant human prourokinase is safe and effective in the thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction.
