1.引言脉动搅拌法(Pulsating Mixing Por-cess,以下简称为PM法)是日本川崎制铁公司开发的一种用于钢包精炼的新技术。其方法为用一个插入钢包内钢水中的耐火材料管子,在管子内部送入惰性气体(N_2),控制压缩气体的压力变化使钢水在管内上下运动,同时供给钢水的能量不使其引起钢渣界面的强烈搅动。经过水力模型和100t钢包的试验,已在水岛厂完成了250t钢包的大型处理设备。 2.PM装备与试验
