乙醇导入ICP导致等离子体连续辐射(即复合辐射和轫致辐射)强度减小和分子带(主要是CN带)强度增大。分子带的影响随波长而异,所以在正常分析区不同波长处的总背景强度随乙醇浓度增大有三种变化趋势:单调增大、单调减小或在某个乙醇浓度时出现最小值。详细研究了CN带强度与ICP工作参数的关系以及CN带对稀土元素和钪灵敏线的干扰,指出适当增加炬管的外管长度可以有效地抑制CN带。
The introduction of ethanol into the ICP results in a decrease in the intensity of the plasma’s continuous radiation (ie, composite radiation and bremsstrahlung) and an increase in the intensity of the molecular band (mainly CN band). The influence of the molecular band varies with wavelength, so the total background intensities at different wavelengths in the normal analysis zone have three trends with increasing ethanol concentration: monotonically increasing, monotonically decreasing or at a certain ethanol concentration. The relationship between the intensity of CN band and the working parameters of ICP and the interference of CN band with the sensitivity of rare earth elements and scandium were studied in detail. It is pointed out that CN band can be effectively suppressed by increasing the outer tube length of torch tube.
