利用蕃茄苗期接种叶霉菌从而筛选出抗叶霉病的蕃茄品种 ,主要研究了蕃茄的苗龄、接种后培养的温度、接种体浓度、病菌培养的时间对接种叶霉菌的影响。结果表明 ,蕃茄叶霉病苗期接种鉴定的适宜条件是苗龄 6片真叶 ;叶霉菌培养的时间 2 0 d;接种体浓度 10 7;接种后幼苗管理的温度 2 2℃
Tomato leaves were inoculated with leaf mold at the seedling stage to screen out tomato varieties resistant to leaf mold. The effects of tomato seedling age, temperature after inoculation, concentration of inoculum and culture time on leaf mold inoculation were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for tomato leaf mold inoculation identification were 6 true leaf age; leaf mold culture time 20 days; inoculum concentration 10 7; seedling management after inoculation temperature 2 2 ℃
