丁丙诺啡(Buprenorphine)是阿片受体部分激动剂,动物实验表明,其镇痛作用强度是吗啡的50至100倍,作用时间为吗啡的两倍。本文旨在观察国产丁丙诺啡的术后镇痛效果,并观察该药对呼吸、心率和血压的影响及不良反应。
