金针菇是一种味美的菇类,国外以日本栽培较多,其产量仅次于香菇。近几年来我国福建、上海等地栽培面积逐步扩大,然而我省种植却不多。为了把金针菇的栽培在本地推开,我们于1987年10月至88年4月,进行了金针菇不同场地栽培试验,并对引进的七个菌株作了比较,现将试验情况报道如下:材料与方法(一)菌种来源G_1、G_2引自湖南农学院;G_4引自上海师大(原引自日本);G_5、G_6引自福建;G_7、G_8引自江苏常州蔬菜研究所。
Flammulina is a delicious mushrooms, cultivated more in Japan abroad, its output is second only to mushrooms. In recent years, China’s Fujian, Shanghai and other places to gradually expand the cultivation area, but not many in our province. In order to push the cultivation of Flammulina velutipes locally, we carried out the cultivation experiments of Flammulina velutipes in different sites from October 1987 to April 88, and compared the introduction of the seven strains. The test results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods: (1) Germ origin G_1, G_2 were from Hunan Agricultural College; G_4 was from Shanghai Normal University (originally from Japan); G_5 and G_6 were from Fujian; G_7 and G_8 were from Changzhou Vegetable Research Institute of Jiangsu Province.
