1986年6月考察了民主德国和波兰的几个汽车、拖拉机厂,我们认为民主德国华德堡汽车厂的冲压分厂在工厂设计方面比较独特。该厂不仅人员少、产量高,而且平面布置非常合理、文明生产比较突出,是一个比较先进的冲压车间。仅就所见介绍如下。该厂实际上是专门生产小轿车覆盖件的一个冲压车间;年产7.8万辆;79年始建,80年安装投产:共有四条冲压生产线,其中最后一条84年完工投产;86年就达到设计纲领,建设速度很快。车间总面积约14000m~2,冲压工部面积只5000m~2。车间总人数250名,生产工人仅125名。像这样产量那么大的冲压车间,却面积这样小、人员这样少,在我们国内是未见的。其区划见图1。该厂冲压车间建设地点地下水位较高,建厂时对大型压力机没有选用地沟式或地下室式的带状基础,而是采用了楼层式的带状基础,这是比较独特
In June 1986, we examined several automotive and tractor plants in Democratic Germany and Poland. We believe that the stamping plant of the German firm Wardburg Automotive has a unique design in the factory. The plant is not only less staff, high output, but also a very reasonable layout and civilized production, is a more advanced stamping workshop. Just to see the following introduction. The plant is actually a stamping shop specializing in the production of car covers; the annual output is 78,000; it was built in 79 years and put into operation in 80 years: there are four stamping production lines, of which the last one was completed and put into production in 84 years; 86 years reached the design program. The construction speed is very fast. The total workshop area is about 14000m~2, and the stamping work area is only 5000m~2. The total number of workshops is 250, and only 125 production workers. Such a stamping plant with such a large output, but with such a small area and so few personnel, is not seen in our country. Its division is shown in Figure 1. The plant has a high groundwater level at the construction site of the stamping plant. When the plant was built, it did not use a trench-type or basement-type strip foundation for large-scale presses. Instead, it used a floor-type strip foundation, which was unique.
