1前言随着生产技术的不断发展,空压机的种类和结构型式日益增多,各种各样的空压机在冶金、矿山、石油、化工及机械制造等现代工业广泛应用。在湿法冶炼使用压风时,2号机组LW80/2.5风机风压压力降低,气阀端盖处有渗水现象。经拆卸检查,发现气缸与冷却水道隔腔处出现长度60 mm裂纹,出现泄漏,铸造厚度20 mm。由于需焊接工件裂纹位置,整体预热困难,局部加热又可能增加新的裂纹
1 Introduction With the continuous development of production technology, the type and structure of air compressor is increasing, a wide range of air compressor in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical and mechanical manufacturing and other modern industries widely used. In the wet smelting use of compressed air, Unit 2 LW80 / 2.5 wind pressure decreases, there is water seepage at the valve cover. After disassembly inspection, it was found that there was a 60 mm length crack in the compartment between the cylinder and the cooling water channel, resulting in leakage and casting thickness of 20 mm. Due to the need to weld the workpiece crack location, the overall preheating difficulties, local heating may increase the new crack
