目的评价低分子量肝素钙治疗下肢深部静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法20例病人分为2组,治疗组用低分子肝素钙4100U,腹部脐周皮下注射,每12小时一次。同时静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐500ml,5%GS+香丹注射液30ml。对照组用低分子右旋糖酐500ml,5%GS+香丹注射液30ml。治疗10～14天。结果治疗组临床疗效高于对照组。(P<0.05),无不良反应发生。结论低分子肝素钙治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成,临床疗效确切可靠,副作用少。值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Twenty patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group received 4100U of low molecular weight heparin and injected subcutaneously every 12 hours. At the same time intravenous infusion of low molecular weight dextran 500ml, 5% GS + Xiangdan injection 30ml. The control group with low molecular weight dextran 500ml, 5% GS + Xiangdan injection 30ml. Treatment for 10 to 14 days. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. (P <0.05), no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, the clinical efficacy of reliable, less side effects. Worth promoting.
