为探讨功能性消化不良患者的症状与不消化固体胃排空的关系．采用了不透X线标志物检查了42例功能性消化不良患者的胃排空。另外确定7种消化不良症状并对每种症状的记分相加获得每个患者消化不良指数。结果显示：功能性消化不良患者中59．52％存在不消化固体胃排空延迟：胃排空延迟与单一症状出现与否无关；消化不良指数间比较发现，消化不良症状轻重与胃不消化固体排空无明显关系。结论：消化不良症状与不消化固体胃排空延迟没有关系。
To investigate the relationship between symptoms and dyspeptic solid gastric emptying in patients with functional dyspepsia. Twenty-two patients with functional dyspepsia were examined for gastric emptying using radiopaque markers. In addition, seven different signs of dyspepsia were identified and scored for each symptom to obtain the indigestion index for each patient. The results showed that 59.52% of patients with functional dyspepsia had delayed gastric emptying of indigestible solid: the delay of gastric emptying had nothing to do with the emergence of single symptoms; indigestion index between the comparison found that the severity of dyspepsia and gastric indigestible solid No significant relationship between emptying. Conclusions: Indigestion symptoms are not related to delayed gastric emptying of indigestible solid.
