This article studies the effect of cardiac exercise on myocardial three-dimensional images. The authors selected a left ventricular kinetic computer model and a hollow parabolic model to obtain a simulated left ventricular SPECT image. Assuming that the distribution of myocardial thallium is the same and that there is no defect, the two-dimensional image data obtained by echocardiography and catheterization experiments is in agreement with the literature data. The authors selected 60, 80 and 100 radios gating time-of-flight curves for resting and mildly active normal heart rates per minute to calculate the volume of the entire cardiac cycle lumen and adjusting these curves at different heart rates The ejection fraction at different heart rates was 30%, 55% and 80%, respectively.
