我们采用玻璃钢胶泥修理合成氨车间高压水泵涡轮壳体接触面的腐蚀和磨损缺陷,取得了突破性的应用硕果。方法如下: 1.玻璃钢:以合成树脂为粘结剂,加稀释剂和固化剂,在玻璃纤维或玻璃布的增强下制作而成的复合材料玻璃钢,具有较高的机械强度和化学稳定性。 2.胶泥:以合成树脂为胶液,加适量稀释剂和固化剂及填料调制而成,与玻璃纤维布组成坚固的基体,强度高,磨损率小,耐腐蚀,渗透力小。
We use FRP clay to repair the corrosion and wear defects on the contact surface of the turbine housing of the high-pressure water pump in the ammonia plant and achieved breakthroughs in application. The method is as follows: 1. FRP: synthetic resin as a binder, plus a thinner and curing agent, made of glass fiber or glass cloth made of reinforced composite glass fiber reinforced with high mechanical strength and chemical stability. 2. Gum: Synthetic resin as glue, add appropriate amount of diluent and curing agent and filler modulation, and fiberglass cloth composed of a solid matrix, high strength, low wear rate, corrosion resistance, penetration is small.
