理论和实践相结合是事物发展的规律,理论能够指导实践,实践又能够检验理论。理论和实践相结合是舞蹈进一步发展的保证,也是舞蹈得以传承和完善的保证。在人类的发展史上,舞蹈是一门艺术,代表着优美和灵动。每一个舞蹈都可能有一个故事,每一个动作都是一种语言,一种感情,一种心动。艺术形体美和技巧是舞蹈表演艺术的基本条件,在舞蹈的发展过程中,这种技巧之所以能够得以传承,不断完善,就是因为理论的传播。在舞蹈学习和欣赏中缺乏相应的舞蹈理论知识的掌握是大忌,是“门外汉”的表现。本文主要介绍舞蹈理论的定义,以及其对舞蹈实践的指导作用。
The combination of theory and practice is the law of the development of things. Theory can guide practice, practice and test theory. The combination of theory and practice is the guarantee for the further development of dance and the guarantee for the inheritance and improvement of dance. In the history of human development, dance is an art that represents grace and agility. Each dance may have a story, every action is a language, a feeling, a heartbeat. The beauty and technique of artistic form are the basic conditions of dance performing arts. During the development of dance, the reason why such skills can be inherited and continuously improved is because of the spread of theory. In dance learning and appreciation of the lack of appropriate knowledge of dance theory is a taboo, is “layman ” performance. This article mainly introduces the definition of dance theory and its guidance to dance practice.
