采用选择性舌动脉插管脲素注射治疗舌部海绵状血管瘤36例，每日注射1次，每次注射40％脲素2～5ml，一疗程为10～15d。第一个疗程治愈29例（80．6％），余7例（19．4％）在第二个疗程采用局部注射后治愈。认为选择性舌动脉插管注射治疗舌部海绵状血管瘤是一种方法简单、经济、安全、可靠、无毒副作用的好方法。
Thirty-six cases of lingual cavernous hemangioma were treated with selective lingual cannula injection of urea. One injection per day was given with 2 ~ 5 ml of 40% urea and one course of treatment was 10 ~ 15 days. The first course was cured in 29 cases (80.6%) and the remaining 7 cases (19.4%) were cured after the second course of treatment by local injection. It is considered that the selective intratracheal intubation and injection of cavernous hemangioma in the tongue is a good, economical, safe, reliable and non-toxic side effect method.
