一氧化氮 (ＮＯ)由一氧化氮合酶 (ＮＯＳ)催化Ｌ -精氨酸生成。诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (ｉＮＯＳ)是ＮＯＳ三种亚型中催化产生ＮＯ较多的一种 ,可被多种炎症因子诱导 ,而诱导环节多在基因转录水平。目的 :观察肿瘤坏死因子α(ＴＮＦα)、脂多糖 (ＬＰＳ)对内皮细胞系ＥＡ .ｈｙ92

Nitric oxide (NO) is produced by L-arginine catalyzed by nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) is one of the more catalytically produced nitric oxide synthase (NOS) -producing nitric oxide synthase (NOS) molecules that can be induced by a variety of inflammatory cytokines, with induction mostly at the gene transcriptional level. Objective: To observe the effects of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on endothelial cell line EA
