一、表面热处理的各种方法表面处理旨在赋于基体以其所不具备的新的性能,或者进一步提高其固有的性能。这些性能主要是①耐磨性;②抗热粘着性、抗咬合性;③抗冲击性;④抗热疲劳性;⑤疲劳强度;⑥抗腐蚀性等。表面硬化法(在表面处理中也是以硬化法为主,故以下称为表面硬化法)种类繁多,如表1所列,从历史悠久的镀铬到最近的 TD 法,CVD 及 PVD。其中锻造用金属模的表面硬化法.主要是表1中的Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类。
