水力发电建设总局于今年3月底召开了评选水电工程优秀设计会议(见本刊1981年第5期“会议简讯”)。根据会议讨论意见,推荐刘家峡、池潭、以礼河四级(小江)水电站及丰满泄水洞等几个工程的设计,作为优秀设计上报国家建委审批。这些工程设计的共同特点是;规划选点正确;枢纽布置和建筑物设计比较切合实际;采用了先进技术和新结构、新工艺,并有所创新,尊重科学,做了大量的试验、电算和研究工作,设计参数选择的比较正确,经济效果较好。为了促进在国民经济调整时期争取时间搞好水电建设前期工作,创造出更多的优秀设计,本刊本期特刊出刘家峡、池潭两个工程的设计经验,其他工程设计(包括提交会议参加评选的几项工程设计)将陆续选登。
At the end of March this year, the General Office of Hydroelectric Power Construction held a selection meeting for outstanding design of hydropower projects (see Issue 5, 1981, “Conference Newsletter”). According to the meeting’s comments, Liujiaxia, Chihtan, Lihe IV (Xiaojiang) Hydropower Station and Fengman Holes and other projects are recommended to be submitted to the State Construction Commission for approval as outstanding design. The common features of these engineering design are: planning and site selection is correct; hub layout and building design more realistic; using advanced technology and new structure, new technology, and innovation, respect for science, do a lot of tests, computing And research, design parameters more correct choice, the economic effect is better.
