目的 :探讨高海拨地区大鼠去势后动脉血气变化及红景天对其影响。方法 :在青海省海北洲地区 (海拔 310 0m)建立大鼠去势模型。分为A组 (假手术组或正常组 ) ,B组 (切除卵巢组 ) ,C组 (切除卵巢 +尼尔雌醇组 ) ,D组 (切除卵巢 +红景天混合饲料组 ) ,E组 (切除卵巢 +红景天浸液组 )。每组 15只大鼠 ,去势 3个月后 ,抽取动脉血 ,测其pH ,PO2 ,PCO2 和O2 st值。结果 :pHB组与正常组比较略高于正常组 ,雌激素组显著高于正常组 ,D组和E组明显低于正常组。PO2 B组显著低于正常组 (P >0 0 1) ,C组、D组和E组明显高于正常组 (P >0 0 5 ) ,PCO2 B组明显高于正常组 ,C组显著低于正常组 ,D组和E组明显高于正常组。结论 :高原去势后大鼠PO2 明显低于正常组、尼尔雌醇组、红景天混合饲料组和红景天浸液组。PCO2 去势组明显高于正常组 ,尼尔雌醇组明显低于正常组 ,红景天混合饲料组和红景天浸液组明显高于正常组 ,提示红景天对高原去势后大鼠有明显抗组织缺氧作用
Objective : To investigate the arterial blood gas changes in castrated rats and the effect of Rhodiola rosea on them. METHODS : A rat model of castration was established in the Haibeizhou area (elevation 310 0m) in Qinghai Province. Divided into group A (sham or normal group), group B (ovariectomy group), group C (ovariectomy + nilestriol group), group D (ovariectomy + Rhodiola mixed group), group E (Ovariectomy + Rhodiola infusion group). 15 rats in each group were castrated for 3 months. Arterial blood was drawn and their pH, PO2, PCO2, and O2 st values were measured. Results: The pHB group was slightly higher than the normal group, and the estrogen group was significantly higher than the normal group. The D group and the E group were significantly lower than the normal group. PO2 B group was significantly lower than normal group (P > 0 01), C group, D group and E group were significantly higher than normal group (P > 0 05), PCO2 B group was significantly higher than the normal group, C group was significantly lower In the normal group, D and E groups were significantly higher than the normal group. Conclusion: PO2 in rats after plateau castration was significantly lower than that in normal group, Nilestriol group, Rhodiola mixed group and Rhodiola infusion group. The PCO2 castration group was significantly higher than the normal group, Nilestriol group was significantly lower than the normal group, Rhodiola mixed feed group and Rhodiola infusion group was significantly higher than the normal group, suggesting that Rhodiola after castration on the plateau Rats have obvious anti-tissue hypoxia
