霍 懋 征 (1921- )山东济南人。1943 年毕业于北平师范大学数理系。曾任北平师范大学第二实验小学教师。建国后,历任北京第二实验小学教师、副校长,全国教育学会、全国小学语文研究会常务理事,民进第六、七届中央常委,特级教师。1962 年加入中国共产党。1978 年获全国三八红旗手称号。是第五届全国政协委员,第六、七届全国政协常委。著有《班主任工作札记》、《小学语文教学经验谈》等。
Huo Mao Zheng (1921-) Shandong Jinan. In 1943 graduated from Peking Normal University Department of mathematics. Former Peking Normal University Second Experimental Primary School teachers. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, he served successively as the teacher and vice-chancellor of the Second Experimental Primary School in Beijing, the executive director of the National Institute of Education and the National Primary School Chinese Studies Association, and the sixth and seventh Central Standing Committee and special grade teachers of the people’s government. Joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1962. In 1978 won the title of the 38th Hongqi. Is the fifth member of the CPPCC National Committee, the sixth, seventh CPPCC National Committee. With the “class teacher notes”, “primary school language teaching experience” and so on.
