近日,河南省人社厅、省工商局联合开展清理整顿人力资源市场秩序专项行动。专项行动将重点整顿人力资源服务机构和劳务派遣单位办理行政许可的行为,规范用人单位的招工行为,清理未经授权保管流动人员人事档案的人力资源服务机构,查处收取流动人员人事关系及档案保管费的违规行为,取缔各类非法人力资源服务机构和劳务派遣单位,依法严惩“黑劳工”、“黑中介”等严重违法行为。
