作者从1992年10月至1994年12月,应用果胶酶治疗胃石症23例,均在24小时内消除胃石,成功率百分之百,取得了满意的疗效。现总结报告如下。 1.临床资料 发病年龄,4—26岁。男性14例,女性9例。食物类别,食山楂者17例,食柿子者6例。发病时间,食山楂柿子后2—4小时。发病症状,上腹隐痛不适,沉坠感,恶心呕吐。胃石最大7×6cm,最小3×2cm。
The author from October 1992 to December 1994, application of pectinase in the treatment of 23 cases of gastrolithromycin, were in 24 hours to eliminate gastrolith, the success rate of 100%, and achieved satisfactory results. The report is summarized as follows. 1. Clinical data age of onset, 4-26 years old. 14 males and 9 females. Food category, eating hawthorn in 17 cases, eating persimmons in 6 cases. Onset time, eating hawthorn persimmon after 2-4 hours. Morbid symptoms, upper abdominal pain and discomfort, feeling of falling, nausea and vomiting. Stomach largest 7 × 6cm, the smallest 3 × 2cm.
