国库集中支付制度是我国财政预算工作的重大变革,是我国实现社会主义财政预算框架构造的重要手段。在国库集中支付背景下,行政事业单位的预算管理会变得更加的完善,这对于行政事业单位在未来的发展来说,是十分有利的。本文先从在行政事业单位中实施国库集中支付制度的作用着手进行相关的分析,探讨了在国库集中支付背景下,行政事业单位应当如何开展预算管理工作。
The treasury centralized payment system is a major change in our country’s budgetary budget and an important means for our country to realize the framework of the socialist fiscal budget. In the context of treasury centralized payment, the budget management of administrative units will become more perfect, which is very favorable for the future development of administrative units. This article begins with the analysis of the role of implementing treasury centralized payment system in administrative units, and explores how the administrative institutions should carry out budget management in the context of concentrated treasury payment.
