1 水资源基础条件及特点洹河流域地表水资源较少,浅层地下水位逐年下降,整体缺水形势逐渐显现。流域水资源有以下特征:一是水资源时空分布不均。洹河流域地处北半球中纬度,欧亚大陆东部,位于暖湿带向热带的过渡地带,属湿带大陆性季风气候。冬季受蒙古西伯利亚高压控制,天气寒冷干燥,雨雪稀少。冬季多北风,夏季多南风。根据安阳站1954~1993年40a 降雨资料统计,多年平均降雨量569.44mm,时空分布不均,年内汛期6~9月占全国降雨量的70%~80%,年最高降雨量1182mm(1963年),年
1 Basic Conditions and Characteristics of Water Resources There are few surface water resources in the Bahe River Basin, and the shallow groundwater table declines year by year. The overall water shortage situation is gradually emerging. Basin water resources have the following characteristics: First, water resources are unevenly distributed in time and space.
