随着经济和科学技术不断发展,促进了我国教育改革进程。在新课改教学要求下,教师要改变传统单一教学模式,增加教学灵活性,提升自身教学设计能力,优化教学环节。增加教学活动趣味性,促进教学活动高效率积极性,达到教学效果最大化。本文主要就小学数学教师教学设计能力及其构成展开分析和研究。
With the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the process of education reform in our country has been promoted. Under the new curriculum reform teaching requirements, teachers should change the traditional single teaching mode, increase teaching flexibility, enhance their ability of teaching design, and optimize the teaching process. Increase the interest of teaching activities, promote the high efficiency and enthusiasm of teaching activities and achieve the maximization of teaching effects. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the teaching design ability and composition of primary school mathematics teachers.
