【《日本原子》1995年1月号报道】1995年1月12日,日本大阪大学激光工程研究所(ILE Osaka)和滨松光子学K.K研究所宣布,他们已研制成功一种供固体激光器用的大功率2—D(二维)激光二极管(LD)组列。预计这种二极管将用于惯性约束聚变研究。
“Japan Atomic” January 1995 report On January 12, 1995, Japan Institute of Laser Engineering (ILE Osaka) and Hamamatsu Photonics KK Institute announced that they have successfully developed a solid-state laser High-power 2-D (two-dimensional) laser diode (LD) array. This diode is expected to be used for inertial confinement fusion studies.
