共同侵权行为在现实生活中是一种常见的现象。本文以最高人民法院《解释》第3条为基点,参酌我国有关立法及理论研究,重点探析共同侵权行为的概念,构成要件及民事责任。
Joint infringement is a common phenomenon in real life. Based on Article 3 of Interpretation of the Supreme People ’s Court, this article takes into account the relevant legislation and theoretical research in our country and focuses on the concept, constitutional elements and civil liability of joint infringement.
