目的观察在胃镜检查前口服胃镜润滑胶浆的时间与祛泡效果的关系。方法将被检查患者400例随机分为4组各100例,分别于检查前立即口服、检查前5分钟、检查前10分钟、检查前30分钟口服胃镜润滑胶浆10ml,观察各组在胃镜检查中的祛泡效果。结果前3组间祛泡效果比较差异有显著性,第3组和第4组之间比较差异无显著性。结论在胃镜检查前口服胃镜润滑胶浆可减轻患者痛苦,方便检查,但祛泡效果与检查前的服药时间有关,掌握最佳的服药时间,可提高检查效率和诊断准确率。
