受城市“热岛效应”的影响,常州市近年来屡受大暴雨、特大暴雨的侵袭,中心城区内多处低洼片区的降雨淹涝现象愈发严重。面对严峻的暴雨形势,常州市已完成了新一轮的暴雨强度公式修订。本文以新老暴雨强度公式为研究对象,选择不同的重现期、降雨历时等参数,分析新老暴雨强度公式的差异。结合雨水管网设计的新要求,分析新老设计暴雨强度的差异,并针对常州市各水利分片,统筹地形地势、经济水平等特征要素,初步探讨雨水管网设计暴雨重现期的选择,为城市雨水管网建设与改造提出对策与建议。
Affected by the “heat island effect” of the city, Changzhou City has been hit by torrential rains and torrential rains repeatedly in recent years. Rainfall in many low-lying areas in the downtown area has become increasingly severe. In the face of the severe rainstorm situation, Changzhou City has completed a new round of amendments to the storm intensity formula. In this paper, taking the new-old storm intensity formula as the research object, this paper chooses different recurrence periods, rainfall duration and other parameters to analyze the difference between the new and old storm intensity formula. Combined with the new requirements of rainwater network design, this paper analyzes the differences of storm intensity between new and old designs. According to the features of Changzhou water division, overall topography, economic level and so on, the paper first explores the choice of stormwater recurrence for stormwater pipe network design, Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Construction and Renovation of Rainwater Pipe Network.
