采用真空负压工艺获取碳化钨颗粒增强铁基表面复合材料 ,分析复合层微观组织结构 ,并模拟实际工况考察复合层的抗浆料冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明 ,碳化钨颗粒增强铁基表面复合材料具有良好的组织结构和优异的抗冲蚀磨损性能 ,与高铬铸铁相比 ,其抗冲蚀性是高铬铸铁的 3~ 4倍
Tungsten carbide particles reinforced iron-based surface composites were obtained by vacuum negative pressure process. The microstructure of the composite layer was analyzed. The erosion-wear resistance of the composite layer was also investigated under the actual conditions. The results show that tungsten carbide particles reinforced iron-based surface composites have good microstructure and excellent erosion and abrasion resistance. Compared with high-chromium cast iron, the corrosion resistance is 3 to 4 times that of high-chromium cast iron
