为应对复杂的竞争环境,建筑项目单位应充分努力的培养自身发展竞争优势。对于任何项目来说,项目成本管理是一项决定项目各阶段工作顺利进行的重要管理工作。故加强成本管理就提升建筑项目单位优势的有力工具。本文通过分析现阶段建筑项目方面的成本管理现状及存在的问题,探讨加强建筑项目成本管理的措施,以作为建筑项目相关人员的参考。
In response to the complex competitive environment, construction project units should make every effort to cultivate their own competitive advantages. For any project, project cost management is an important management task that determines the smooth progress of all phases of the project. Therefore, strengthening cost management is a powerful tool to enhance the advantages of construction project units. This article analyzes the current status of cost management of construction projects and existing problems, to explore measures to strengthen the cost management of construction projects as a reference for the relevant personnel of the construction project.
