主要介绍了在繁华的市区进行盾构法施工过程中,在地下管线较多,周边环境复杂的条件下,进行盾构刀具检查、更换或修复刀盘、刀座而设置的地面加固点施工的新思路、新方法。通过在隧道旁侧开挖小竖井,然后在地下管线下部开挖横通道,最后在隧道正线上方施做洞桩的施工方法,解决隧道正线上方地下管线较多而无法直接进行地面加固的难题。
