目的:研究米非司酮对人中期妊娠胎盘超微结构的影响。方法:运用电子显微镜对8 例17 ~19 孕周水囊引产的孕妇引产前6 h 空腹服用米非司酮150 mg ,胎盘娩出后进行超微结构的研究,并与同期17 ~19 孕周水囊引产胎盘标本8 例对照。结果: 与对照组相比,米非司酮组功能活跃的合体滋养细胞表现不同程度的退行性变,细胞滋养细胞变化不明显,绒毛间质毛细血管部分内皮细胞变性。结论:米非司酮对中期妊娠胎盘组织具有损伤作用,提示米非司酮用于足月妊娠引产的安全性有待进一步探讨。
Objective: To study the effect of mifepristone on the placental ultrastructure of human during pregnancy. Methods: 8 cases of 17 ~ 19 gestational weeks pregnant women with induced abortion were treated with mifepristone 150 mg fasting 6 hours before induction of labor. The ultrastructure of the placenta was observed after delivery, Cyst induced placenta specimens in 8 cases of control. Results: Compared with the control group, the functional trophoblast cells in the mifepristone group showed varying degrees of degenerative changes, the changes in the cytotrophoblasts were not obvious, and some endothelial cells in the villus mesenchymal capillary degenerated. Conclusion: Mifepristone can damage placental tissue in the second trimester of pregnancy, suggesting that the safety of mifepristone in term pregnancy induction of labor needs to be further explored.
