为探讨脉冲多普勒技术在外周血管血流定量中的准确性、可行性及影响因素,本文以电磁流量计和血泵流率(实际值)为金标准,采用频谱外和中线包络线的VTI或MV计算每分流量(测量值),进行动物和体外模拟脉动及稳流两种血流状态的实验。结果表明:频谱外包络线的测量值明显高于实际值(p<0.01),但两者之间有良好的相关性(p<0.01),如除以校正系数则接近实际值。在相同条件下,变化取样容积和探头频率均对血流定量有影响。我们认为,如注意避免影响血流定量的各因素,脉冲多普勒技术仍能提供较准确血流定量信息。
In order to explore the accuracy, feasibility and influencing factors of pulse Doppler in the quantification of peripheral blood flow, this paper uses the electromagnetic flowmeter and blood pump flow rate (actual value) as the gold standard, VTI or MV calculated per minute flow rate (measured value), animal and in vitro simulation of pulsation and steady flow of two blood flow experiments. The results show that the measured value of the spectral envelope is significantly higher than the actual value (p <0.01), but there is a good correlation between the two (p <0.01) value. Under the same conditions, changing the sampling volume and probe frequency have an impact on the blood flow quantitatively. We believe pulsed-Doppler techniques can still provide more accurate information on blood flow quantitation, with care being taken to avoid various factors that affect blood flow quantitation.
