目的识别、分析与评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理、防护对策和建议提供科学依据。方法采用类比法、经验法和检查表法相结合的原则对某露天石灰石矿扩建项目职业病危害进行分析和评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病防护设施、辅助用室、应急救援设施、个人使用防护用品、职业卫生管理等内容基本符合国家有关规定。在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有石灰石粉尘、噪声、高温、局部振动、电焊烟尘、氮氧化合物及一氧化碳,其中维修工岗位个体噪声危害较严重,10人中有3个超标,超标率达30.00%。结论经综合评价分析,该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。如按照评价报告书建议,认真落实各项职业病卫生管理制度和职业病防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的要求。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible hazardous factors and hazards of occupational diseases in construction projects and provide scientific evidences for the classification, management and protection of occupational hazards in construction projects. Methods The principle of combining analogy, experience and checklist was used to analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards of an opencast limestone mine expansion project. Results The site selection, overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, occupational disease protection facilities, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue facilities, personal use protective equipment, occupational health management and other contents basically met the relevant state regulations. The main occupational hazards that exist in the production process are limestone dust, noise, high temperature, local vibration, welding fume, nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide. Among them, the individual noise of maintenance workers is more serious, with 3 out of 10 people exceeding the standard Up to 30.00%. Conclusion According to the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, the project is a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases. Such as the evaluation report recommendations, earnestly implement the occupational disease health management system and occupational illness protection facilities, can achieve the prevention and control of occupational hazards requirements.
