1.本文统计分析两年期间眼科初诊患者共7,046人,其中男性3,593人,女性3,453人,共有盲目1,608例,占初診总数的22.82％。双目盲547例,单目盲1,061例,计盲目2,155只眼。 2.性别盲目率女性高于男性,男性为20.28％。女性为25.45％。 3.盲目程度以0.01指数最多,占盲目总数的27.2％。眼前手动者次之,占22.1％。 4.盲目年龄随年龄增长而递增,以51-69岁组最高,占20.3％。 5.致盲原因以感染性疾患最多,占52.1％,其中又以砂眼为主,占盲目总数的38.42％。非感染性疾患次之,占35.25％。以白内障、青光眼、角膜软化为主。 6.盲目损害部位以角膜占首位,共1,229只眼,占盲目总数的57.02％。其次为眼球、晶体等。 7.主要致盲疾患为砂眼,眼球感染、白内障、青光眼、角膜软化、虹膜睫状体炎、胬肉,屈光不正等。
