要实现传统产业集群向生态、绿色的产业集群转变,关键在于集群和集群企业的创新。集群内师徒制企业网络关系作为一种多样化的发展性网络,遵循“师徒制企业发展性网络-创新导向-创新绩效”这一规律,即通过师徒网络强化徒弟企业创新定位和风险容忍度而提高创新绩效。在对相关概念和指标界定的基础上,对典型师徒制企业——温州制鞋业集群企业进行问卷调研。根据收集的100家集群企业问卷并借助结构方程模型运用AMOS 17.0软件进行分析,实证研究结果显示:网络强度通过创新定位影响创新绩效,而网络多样性通过创新风险容忍度影响创新绩效。
To realize the transformation from traditional industrial cluster to ecological and green industrial cluster, the key lies in the innovation of cluster and cluster enterprises. Based on the definition of related concepts and indicators, a typical apprenticeship enterprise - Wenzhou footwear industry cluster enterprises to conduct a questionnaire survey. According to the collected questionnaires of 100 cluster enterprises and using AMOS 17.0 software with structural equation model, the empirical results show that network intensity affects innovation performance through innovation orientation, while network diversity affects innovation performance through innovation risk tolerance.
